CORDIA-TURBO GSR
Long, long ago, in a car yard 15min. away,.... there stood a red 1988
Mitsubishi Cordia-Turbo. It was just the car Mick had been looking for,
it was a sports car,it was red, and above all, it was a TURBO!!!!, who could
ask for more. In he jumped and took the baby for a test drive, even though
the 88'and after models were slower than the pre 88' models, the boost
brought a beastly smile to his face and straight away his brain was working overtime
doing the math about his XD Falcon trade-in and how much he could afford to buy it for. To make
a long story short, not long later he was flying home in his new Cordia
turbo, i still recken i can see the lines in his face from the smile he
had after he got the Turbocharged Cordia. She lasted a far while before
the turbo had a few problems, thats when the smile got bigger though beleive
it or not. In went a high flow turbo plus a few more mods (which included
a bigger and better exhaust

and the beast was back on the road, well, sorta.
I still can't say for sure if the wheels actually stay on the ground, besides
the car being insanely low(which makes it hard to see), it accelerates like its
attached to a rocket.
Stereo wise, it had the standard factory model installed
when he got it. He wasnt really to bothered about upgrading the stereo too
much, the first upgrade was a present which included a sub and a amp, which made a big difference
when he added another sub himself and had a big box in the boot which the
two subs call home.

The amplifier in this baby is a Impulse Kicker652i 2channel. What an amp!!, i had one of these
powering my subs before i got my new one. They are quite powerful, running at 14.4volts this
will give out about 100wx2RMS, if you bridged it it would be about 250w.
The bass produced from the subs, running off this amp is bloody good to say the least.
Before this amp, there was a cheaper 100wx2(so the book said), but it was no where near as
power giving as this little black beauty.
The amp comes with a HP-AP-LP filter system(HP=High Pass, AP=All Pass,LP=Low Pass), the
LP filter has a frequency selection of 110-70Hz, there is also a bass, treble and main gain controls.
